Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused products in their original brand packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
